  Customers place orders based on approximate weights you've preset.  When fulfilling the order, you enter the actual weights and the cost is automatically updated.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our system allows for five different payment options.  You specify which payment options you will accept for each pickup or delivery location:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit Card (Online) - Our system integrates with Stripe for secure credit card processing.
• Credit Card (In Person) - Use your existing point of sale credit card processing.
• Buyer Account - Customers can pre-pay you a fixed amount and draw-down the the balance for future orders.

• Detailed order information for each daily deposit from Stripe into your bank account.
• Detailed product sales reports for a given range of dates.
• All reports can be downloaded in .csv format for importing into Microsoft Excel.

• FARM PICKUP
  The FARM PICKUP option allows customers to place orders for pickup at your location without a preset pickup time.  Customers may suggest a pickup time within their order.  You can email back directly from their order in your EFF account to accept this time or work out another time that is convenient for both of you.  Alternatively, your farm could be set as a DELIVERY LOCATION.

• DELIVERY LOCATION PICKUP
  Customers pickup their orders at the time and location you choose. EFF accounts can have an unlimited number of DELIVERY LOCATIONS.  Each location you create has its own schedule with a specific ordering window and pickup time.  As orders are placed our system generates an order list, a product pick list, and a packing list for that delivery.

• HOME DELIVERY
  HOME DELIVERY can be enabled in conjunction with a DELIVERY LOCATION or as a stand alone service with a schedule.  If you enable HOME DELIVERY for an area, our system will generate a map of all the home delivery addresses.  Our system also creates .csv files that can be downloaded and imported into many common smartphone routing apps.

WITH OTHER PRODUCERS

The Eat From Farms platform can be used by a single farm, or can be used to integrate multiple producers (subvendors) in an online farmers market.  Each subvendor:

• gets a free inventory account - no added cost.
• gets its own subvendor login for the account.
• creates and updates its own inventory.
• gets detailed emails when orders are placed containing its products.
• gets an individual pick list for fulfilling orders.
• updates actual product weights on orders when necessary.
